AS Recruitsolutions is seeking five dynamic and results-driven Sales representatives to join our team in Sinza, Dar es Salaam. The position is based in Sinza, DSM.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Ability to learn technology-based business solutions quickly.
Previous experience in sales, software, or digital products is an added advantage.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
Residing in or able to commute easily to Sinza, Dar es Salaam.
A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business leads.
High level of integrity and professionalism in client interactions.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and digital tools.
