SALES OFFICERS @ ASPIREHR CONSULTANCY
AspireHr Consultancy is seeking dynamic Sales Officers to join our team in Mbezi Beach, Dar es Salaam. This role is central to our client outreach and product education efforts. Sales Officers will be responsible for proactively identifying and approaching potential clients, educating borrowers on our company products, terms, and their financial obligations. A key aspect of this role is to maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Furthermore, Sales Officers will handle client queries and concerns promptly and effectively, and play a vital role in collecting and relaying client feedback on products and services to internal teams for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be target-driven, possess excellent communication skills, and have a foundational understanding of microfinance products, contributing directly to loan disbursement targets and overall business growth.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Finance, Marketing or Economics
1-2 years experience in sales, as a loan officer, or field agent
Demonstrated track record in meeting sales or loan disbursement targets
Technical skills: MS office proficiency
Experience in bank or loan management software (e.g., LMS) is an advantage
Basic understanding of microfinance products and services
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to sales
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
