DIRECTOR – COMMERCIAL GROWTH & OPERATIONS @ ASHRA TECH
We are seeking a senior commercial leader for the role of Director – Commercial Growth & Operations to drive enrolment growth, revenue, and operational excellence for a fast-growing business school in Dubai Knowledge Park. This is a high-impact, CEO-facing role with full ownership of growth strategy and P&L management. The successful candidate will act as the second-in-command to the CEO, overseeing the institutional growth and ensuring the long-term sustainability of the school's commercial landscape.
Responsibilities include leading 12-month and 3-year growth strategies and driving international student enrolments across key global markets. The Director will build and scale global recruitment networks, oversee marketing and lead generation, and optimize the admissions funnel for maximum conversion rates. This role also requires the establishment of rigorous KPIs and SOPs to ensure operational efficiency while maintaining the brand's positioning within the KHDA-approved framework in the UAE education sector.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in higher education or student recruitment.
Strong professional background and experience within the UAE or GCC markets.
Proven track record in scaling revenue and student enrolment numbers.
Extensive experience managing P&L, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and complex operations.
MBA degree preferred from a recognized institution.
Expertise in building and scaling global recruitment and agent networks.
Proficiency in overseeing marketing strategies and lead generation campaigns.
Skills in optimizing admissions funnels and increasing conversion rates.
Ability to establish KPIs, SOPs, and overall operational efficiency protocols.
