Key Requirements
Proven experience in blue-collar recruitment specifically within the UAE or GCC market.
Demonstrated expertise in bulk hiring and manpower fulfillment for construction and labor-intensive projects.
Strong coordination and organizational skills to handle high-volume candidate pipelines simultaneously.
Ability to manage the complete end-to-end recruitment cycle from initial sourcing to final onboarding.
Effective communication skills in English; additional languages common in the blue-collar sector are a plus.
Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and candidate databases.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment to meet urgent hiring deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with site managers and external labor agencies.
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations regarding the recruitment and employment of blue-collar workers.
High level of professionalism and the ability to conduct efficient interviews and candidate assessments.
