We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Interns. This role is central to our expansion efforts across Tanzania, specifically in Arusha, Dodoma, Morogoro, Mbeya, Njombe, and Tabora. As a Sales Intern, you will be the front-line representative of the company, building lasting relationships with customers and bridging the gap between our products and the market.
Your daily responsibilities will include gathering market intelligence, negotiating customer specifications, and ensuring sales targets are met. During your 3-month probation period, you are expected to achieve a productivity rate of at least 16 units sold. Successful performance during this tenure will be a primary factor in being considered for a long-term contract with the organization.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or Agricultural studies.
1 to 2 years of experience in a field-based sales role.
Extensive local agricultural knowledge is highly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data compilation and reporting.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Comfortable working with farmers in remote or rural fields.
Demonstrated experience in utilizing mobile applications for business tasks.
Problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
Proven ability to set sales plans and balance economic considerations.
