As part of its continued expansion, the company is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven, and experienced Channel Sales Supervisor to drive business growth.
The Channel Sales Supervisor will be responsible for building, managing, and leading a high-performing sales team to drive business growth, expand distribution networks, and achieve sales targets. The successful candidate will recruit, coach, motivate, and manage Sales Representatives and Sales Agents while identifying new business opportunities and strengthening channel partnerships across the region to ensure market penetration and revenue targets are met.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or Management.
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or channel management.
Proven ability to recruit, build, and lead high-performing sales teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical, planning, and reporting abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and consistently achieve ambitious sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for reporting and documentation.
Must be aged between 27 and 35 years old.
Ability to maintain professional relationships with merchants and business partners.
Valid driving license is considered an added advantage.
