SALES REPRESENTATIVES (2 POSITIONS) @ APEX WORKFORCE SOLUTIONS
APEX WORKFORCE SOLUTIONS is seeking highly motivated Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team in Zanzibar. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our diverse portfolio of consumable and non-consumable products specifically within the vibrant HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Resorts, Catering, and Hospitality) sector. This position demands a proactive individual with a deep understanding of the local market, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market reach and strengthening our presence within the hospitality industry. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients within the HORECA segment, while also actively identifying and acquiring new customers to grow our client base. You will be tasked with promoting and selling company products in alignment with set targets, conducting regular client visits, and ensuring timely follow-ups on orders and deliveries. Furthermore, the role requires keen observation and analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs to inform sales strategies and ensure our offerings remain competitive and relevant.
Key Requirements
Minimum 4 years' experience in sales within FMCG or food distribution.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of the local market, preferably in Zanzibar/hospitality sector.
Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Self-driven, with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Excellent client relationship management and development skills.
Demonstrated ability to acquire new customers and expand market reach.
Strong product promotion and sales target achievement capabilities.
Proficiency in market trend analysis and competitor monitoring.
