OFFICER: PHARMACOVIGILANCE @ APEX WORKFORCE SOLUTIONS
Our client in the pharmaceutical industry is seeking a dedicated Officer for Pharmacovigilance to be based in Dar es Salaam. This role is critical in ensuring the safety and efficacy of medicinal products by monitoring adverse effects and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for the collection, analysis, and reporting of safety information to the relevant authorities, maintaining a high level of accuracy and ethical standards throughout the process.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related life sciences field.
Demonstrated knowledge of local and international Pharmacovigilance regulations.
Experience in monitoring and reporting adverse drug reactions.
Strong analytical skills for evaluating clinical data.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Proficiency in using pharmacovigilance databases and Microsoft Office.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swahili.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Ethical approach to handling sensitive medical information.
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet strict reporting deadlines.
