As a Compensation and Benefits Coordinator, you will be responsible for the design and administration of the company's employee reward programs. Your role is vital in ensuring that the steel roofing manufacturing client offers competitive and fair compensation packages that attract and retain skilled professionals in Dar es Salaam.
You will analyze salary data, oversee the monthly payroll process, and manage employee benefits such as health insurance and retirement plans. By staying updated on labor laws and industry benchmarks, you will provide the HR department with the insights needed to maintain a motivated and legally compliant workforce.

Key Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Finance.
Specialized experience in compensation and benefits administration.
Thorough understanding of Tanzanian labor laws and statutory requirements.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Experience working with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and payroll software.
Strong analytical skills for conducting market salary surveys and benchmarking.
High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential employee data.
Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in payroll and benefits.
Good communication skills to explain benefit programs to staff members.
Certification in Human Resources or Compensation management is preferred.
