Ando Roofing Products Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior HR Manager to lead our human resources department in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. This senior role is vital for managing our most valuable asset—our people—within the building and construction materials industry. The successful candidate will play a strategic role in talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational culture.
As the Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, performance management, compliance with labor laws, and employee relations. You will work closely with executive leadership to implement HR strategies that support our business growth while ensuring a high level of integrity and accountability throughout the organization. Immediate availability is preferred for this position.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or higher from a recognized institution in Human Resources or related field.
Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are an added advantage.
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in human resources.
At least 2 to 3 years of experience at a senior or supervisory level.
Previous experience in the building and construction materials industry is highly preferred.
Proven leadership, team management, and strategic decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems for HR reporting and data management.
High level of integrity, accountability, and strong attention to detail.
Willingness to join immediately and relocate to Dar es Salaam if required.
