Amsol Africa Management Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Operations Officer to join its team at a Visa Application Centre (VAC) in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient processing of visa applications, ensuring a seamless and compliant experience for all applicants. This is a full-time position offering a gross salary of TZS 1,500,000 per month. Key responsibilities include processing and verifying visa application documents, effectively handling customer inquiries, and providing comprehensive support to applicants throughout the process. The role also involves meticulous management of applicant data and records, active participation in passport dispatch and various operational activities, and strict adherence to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and service standards to maintain high-quality service delivery. Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
0-12 months of professional experience; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
Demonstrated strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in typing and accurate data entry.
Competence in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Fluency in both English and Swahili languages.
Ability to process and verify documents accurately and efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in record management.
Capability to manage applicant data and maintain confidentiality.
Understanding of operational procedures and ability to ensure compliance with SOPs.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
