HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER @ AMACHA GROUP
The Human Resources Officer will support all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, payroll coordination and compliance with labour laws. This role serves as a bridge between management and staff to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
The HR Officer is expected to manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding new talent to administering benefits, attendance, and leave records. Furthermore, the role involves staying updated with national labour laws and ensuring the company remains compliant while promoting employee development and welfare.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration or related field.
Minimum of two (2) years working experience in Human Resources.
Good knowledge of Tanzanian Labour Laws.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office applications).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Experience in performance appraisal and staff development.
