RECEPTIONIST/ ADMIN OFFICER (1 VACANCY) @ AMACHA CREDIT
Amacha Credit is looking for a diligent and honest individual to join their team as a Receptionist/Admin Officer. The candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support and managing front-office operations to ensure efficiency. This role involves being the first point of contact for guests, requiring a high level of professionalism and hospitality. The position is based in Dar es Salaam and is offered on a contract basis.
Key Requirements
Must have at least a Form Four education or higher.
Excellent communication skills in both Swahili and English.
Proficiency in using computers, especially Microsoft Office applications.
Maintain a neat, professional appearance and good character.
Ability to work hard and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Experience as a Receptionist or Admin Officer is an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills to handle visitors and clients professionally.
Capability to manage office schedules and appointment timings.
Proficiency in handling and organizing office documentation and emails.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize administrative duties.
Must be honest and demonstrate high integrity in the workplace.
