Key Requirements
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
Strong negotiation and closing skills to finalize property sales and lease agreements.
