As the Reservations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire booking lifecycle from initial inquiry to final confirmation. This on-site role in Moshi requires a leader who can coordinate effectively between the sales team and other internal departments to ensure a seamless client journey. You will also be tasked with training staff on reservation protocols, optimizing booking software usage, and maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction to support our continued growth in the global tourism market.

Key Requirements
Proven skills and extensive experience in travel reservations and booking management.
Expertise in customer service with a demonstrated ability to anticipate and resolve client needs.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective liaison with international clients.
Experience in sales environments, specifically regarding upselling and cross-selling travel packages.
Capability to train, mentor, and coach team members on internal reservation protocols.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in using professional reservation or booking management software systems.
A Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
Full fluency in English; proficiency in additional foreign languages is highly desirable.
