Allan & Gill Gray Philanthropy Eastern Africa is expanding its team to include a Fundraising Specialist for our Rwanda operations. This consultancy role focuses on scaling our philanthropic efforts through strategic resource mobilization. You will be responsible for identifying new funding streams and ensuring that our donor pipeline is consistently populated with high-quality prospects that align with our mission.
The position requires a specialist who can lead the development of proposals that get results. By focusing on both scaling deep and scaling out, you will help the organization achieve greater impact within Rwanda. You will be the primary point of contact for proposal management, ensuring that all submissions are data-driven and strategically sound to maximize the chances of securing significant funding.

Key Requirements
Significant experience in fundraising within the Rwandan development sector.
Expertise in building and managing donor pipelines for philanthropic organizations.
Strong leadership skills to guide the proposal development lifecycle.
Ability to conduct market research to identify emerging funding trends in Rwanda.
Excellent communication skills tailored for diverse donor audiences.
Demonstrated ability to close large-scale funding opportunities.
Proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks in the fundraising process.
Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation frameworks to support proposal logic.
Proven ability to work remotely and deliver results within a consultancy framework.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
