Akbar Manpower is currently seeking a dedicated and efficient Admin Assistant to join their team in the United Arab Emirates. This role is open to candidates currently based in either Dubai or Sharjah who are available to join immediately. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of clerical and administrative duties, including handling professional communications via phone and email, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the broader team with general administrative tasks. The salary range for this position is AED 8,000 to AED 10,000 per month.
Key duties include preparing important documentation such as contracts and offer letters, as well as coordinating and scheduling interviews with potential candidates. Applicants should possess strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a reliable work ethic. As an Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in document management and ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities through the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
