SALES EXECUTIVES @ AIRTEL TANZANIA
Airtel Tanzania is seeking dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executives to join the Airtel Money team. The primary objective of this role is to drive the adoption and utilization of the Airtel Money SchoolPay system across educational institutions. Successful candidates will be responsible for conducting school visits, pitching the platform to school administrations, and facilitating the acquisition and onboarding process. This role is critical in bridging the gap between digital payment technology and traditional school fee collection methods.
In addition to technical onboarding, Sales Executives are expected to implement strategic initiatives that encourage parents to adopt the SchoolPay system for their transactions. This involves training school staff and providing ongoing support to ensure seamless integration. The positions are available in the regions of Dar es Salaam and Zanzibar. Candidates must be prepared for a fast-paced environment that requires significant field work and the ability to build long-lasting professional relationships with diverse clients.

Key Requirements
Excellent Selling, Negotiation and Communication skills.
At least one (1) years Experience in Sales/Marketing related Jobs.
Bachelors or Diploma in Marketing or related field.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation.
Ability to build Rapport and maintain Client relationships.
Willingness to work Irregular hours, travel or attend client meetings.
Should possess a working (Laptop Computer).
Proficiency in presenting digital payment solutions to educational stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage a field schedule effectively.
Strong understanding of the mobile financial services landscape in Tanzania.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
