Key Requirements
Proven background as an independent or agency recruiter
Access to a database or network of qualified US-based candidates
Expertise in identifying talent in AI, Data Science, or Software Engineering
Ability to align candidate profiles with specific company requirements
Professional communication skills for coordinating with hiring teams
Reliability in meeting deadlines and delivering timely candidate submissions
Understanding of current industry standards for compensation and placement
Maintain confidentiality and integrity throughout the recruitment process
Ability to provide candidate background summaries and initial vetting
Willingness to collaborate on a request basis as per business needs
