SALES MANAGER & SUPERVISOR – HOME APPLIANCE @ AHI COMPANY
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager & Supervisor to lead our Home Appliance division in Mwanza. This dual role requires a candidate who can effectively manage both the strategic sales direction and the day-to-day supervision of the sales staff. You will be responsible for driving sales growth in the region, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high standard of showroom presentation.
The candidate will oversee inventory management, monitor sales targets, and provide coaching and training to the sales team to improve performance. Living in or willingness to relocate to Mwanza is essential. You must have a deep understanding of the home appliance market and the ability to implement marketing initiatives that resonate with the local customer base. Strong leadership and organizational skills are paramount for success in this position.

Key Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory sales role within home appliances
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Mwanza, Tanzania
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a sales team effectively
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle dual responsibilities
Excellent customer service and conflict resolution capabilities
Hands-on experience in inventory control and stock management
Demonstrated ability to achieve and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for sales reporting and data tracking
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and Swahili
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related vocational field
