SALES MANAGER – FMCG @ AHI COMPANY
AHI Company is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager with a focus on the FMCG sector to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing strategic plans to meet organizational goals, and managing relationships with key stakeholders. Experience with Hill Packing or similar operations is highly preferred to ensure a smooth transition into the role and immediate impact on our supply chain and sales cycles.

You will be expected to provide regular reports on sales performance and market conditions, ensuring that the company remains competitive in the fast-paced FMCG industry. Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG sales or related sectors
Previous experience working with Hill Packing or similar manufacturing firms
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse sales team
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Proficiency in market analysis, sales forecasting, and trend monitoring
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and market visits
Advanced negotiation skills and ability to close high-value deals
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
