SALES EXECUTIVE @ AGROVERMI MIDDLE EAST ORGANIC FERTILIZER TRADING LLC
Agrovermi Middle East Organic Fertilizer Trading LLC is a growing company in the agriculture and landscaping sector across the UAE. We are currently looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our expanding team. The primary focus of this role is to identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE market while building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships through professional presentations and regular site visits.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing quotations, negotiations, and overall client engagement to ensure high levels of satisfaction. In addition to core sales functions, you will coordinate internally to ensure smooth handling of client requirements and achieve assigned sales targets. This role requires an adaptable individual who can contribute to overall company growth initiatives and handle evolving responsibilities in line with market demands and company expansion.

Key Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience.
Must have strong UAE / Dubai market knowledge and experience.
A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated, flexible, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities.
Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities independently.
Experience in conducting professional site visits and client presentations.
Proven ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Strong analytical skills to understand and provide suitable client solutions.
Proficiency in managing quotations and the end-to-end negotiation process.
