We are currently seeking a dynamic and quick-thinking Travel Consultant to join our dedicated sales team. The ideal candidate should have a genuine passion for the tourism industry and a positive, can-do attitude. As a member of our team, you will be integral to the guest experience, providing expert advice and ensuring high-quality service throughout the client's journey.
The duties of a travel consultant are varied and involve all aspects of quoting and customer service. You will be responsible for creating personalized travel offers for our clients, guiding them from the initial request phase all the way through to their farewell in Tanzania. This role requires a blend of administrative excellence, sales savvy, and deep local knowledge to help guests explore the beauty of Tanzania. The position is based on-site at our offices in Moshi.

Key Requirements
Training in the hospitality industry or relevant fields.
Good computer skills and software such as MS Office.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Ability to speak and write in other foreign languages.
Advanced knowledge of Excel for quoting and reporting.
Strong knowledge of geography and lodges in Tanzania.
Efficient negotiation and sales skills to close bookings.
Willingness to work and commitment to the team.
Ability to work from the Moshi offices full-time.
Quick thinking and problem-solving abilities.
A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to guide clients through the entire travel process.
