SALES EXECUTIVE @ AFRICRUIT
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Tanzania. The primary responsibility for this role is to drive business growth, build strong and lasting client relationships, and significantly expand our market reach within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter capable of navigating the competitive landscape of East Africa to identify and secure new business opportunities.
As a Sales Executive, you will be expected to utilize your market knowledge to meet and exceed monthly sales targets. You will work closely with distributors and retail partners across Tanzania to ensure product placement and brand visibility. This role requires a high level of negotiation skill and the ability to represent the company professionally in various business environments while maintaining a focus on strategic growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements
Prior experience in FMCG sales is highly preferred.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven negotiation abilities and a track record of closing deals.
In-depth knowledge of the Tanzanian market and consumer trends.
A results-oriented and target-driven professional mindset.
Availability and willingness to work and travel within Tanzania, East Africa.
Ability to build, manage, and maintain strong client relationships.
Strong analytical skills to monitor market trends and competitor activity.
Proven ability to identify new business leads and market opportunities.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
