SALES TEAM LEADER - FMCG @ AFRICAN LABOUR SOLUTIONS
African Labour Solutions is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to join a dynamic FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) company in Uganda. This role is pivotal in driving sales performance and ensuring the growth of the brand within the Ugandan market. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of sales representatives, setting targets, and implementing effective sales strategies to meet organizational objectives and expand market share across the region.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management specifically within the FMCG sector.
Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
Deep understanding of the Ugandan market landscape and consumer trends.
Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market reports.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales tracking software.
Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth.
Experience in key account management and stakeholder engagement.
A valid driver's license and the flexibility to travel across Uganda for field visits.
