Key Requirements
7–10 years of professional experience specifically within asset finance.
Proven track record in leadership and portfolio management roles.
Demonstrated experience in the banking or microfinance industry.
Strong strategic planning skills to drive business growth and profitability.
In-depth knowledge of car finance products and logbook lending regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Ability to analyze credit risks and maintain a healthy loan portfolio.
Proficiency in team leadership and performance management.
Strong understanding of the financial regulatory environment in Kenya.
