Key Requirements
Experience working with a large Tanzanian company or multinational company operating in East Africa.
Experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry is an added advantage.
In-depth knowledge of Tanzanian Labour Laws and immigration procedures.
Expertise in handling Work Permits and Residence Permits.
Strong understanding of payroll-related tax regulations.
Extensive experience in recruitment, particularly for senior-level or executive positions.
Proficiency in managing Employee Relations (ER).
Competence in Performance Management using KPI/BSC frameworks.
Knowledge of Compensation & Benefits (C&B) strategies.
Basic English communication and writing skills with professional appearance and grooming.
