ZANZIBAR BRANCH HEAD @ ACL LIMITED
ACL Limited is seeking a dynamic and proactive Branch Head to lead our operations in Zanzibar. This role is designed for a hands-on operator who excels in sales and maintains a meticulous grip on branch operations. The successful candidate will take full ownership of the Zanzibar branch, driving both corporate and general trade sales with confidence while ensuring efficient management of stock, distribution, and personnel. Building and strengthening relationships within the hotels and resorts sector will be a critical component of this role. The Branch Head will also be responsible for maintaining financial discipline and identifying new growth opportunities on the ground. We are looking for someone who can drive business results without needing a structured playbook for every task. Key Requirements
Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
Proven experience running a branch, depot, or distribution setup effectively.
Strong exposure to both sales and marketing strategies within a competitive market.
Solid understanding of general trade dynamics and corporate sales processes.
Well-connected in the Hotels and Resort channel to facilitate business growth.
At least a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related discipline.
Ability to hit the ground running and work independently without extensive supervision.
Experience in inventory management and distribution logistics.
Basic financial discipline and ability to monitor branch performance metrics.
Strong leadership skills to manage and develop a diverse team of employees.
