ZANZIBAR BRANCH HEAD @ ACL LIMITED
ACL Limited is seeking a dynamic and hands-on professional to serve as the Branch Head for our Zanzibar operations. This role is designed for a proactive operator who excels in sales and operational management, driving business growth without the need for constant supervision. The successful candidate will take full ownership of the branch, overseeing everything from stock and distribution to team performance and financial discipline. You will be responsible for expanding our presence in both corporate and general trade sectors, particularly within the hospitality industry.
In addition to operational oversight, the Zanzibar Branch Head will focus on building and strengthening strategic relationships with key accounts, including hotels and resorts across the region. The role requires identifying new market opportunities and executing ground-level strategies to ensure high performance. Key Requirements
5–7 years of experience in a similar role within FMCG.
Proven experience running a branch, depot, or distribution setup.
Strong exposure to both sales and marketing strategies.
Solid understanding of general trade dynamics and corporate sales.
Well-connected in the Hotels & Resort channel in Zanzibar.
At least a Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
Ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong financial discipline and ability to monitor performance metrics.
Proven track record of identifying and executing growth opportunities.
