LEGAL ADMINISTRATOR / ADVOCATE @ 360 HR SOLUTION
Our client in the logistics industry is seeking a dedicated Legal Administrator / Advocate to join their team in Tanzania. This role is exclusive to Tanzanian nationals and requires a professional with a deep understanding of Labour Law and General Law to effectively manage a variety of legal matters at both court and internal corporate levels. The candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the organization adheres to all legal standards while representing its interests in various legal settings.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling labor cases, legal procedures, and court representations. Additionally, the role involves meticulous contract drafting and review, ensuring full corporate compliance, and managing legal disputes with high proficiency in communication and negotiation. This position requires an individual who is highly organized, analytical, and capable of navigating the complexities of the Tanzanian legal landscape within the logistics sector.

Key Requirements
Must be a qualified Advocate authorized to practice in Tanzania.
Extensive experience handling labour law cases and court matters.
Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal contracts.
Strong knowledge of Tanzanian general laws and corporate compliance requirements.
Proven ability to manage and resolve legal disputes at internal and court levels.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for complex legal issues.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar legal role within the logistics or corporate sector.
Ability to work independently and manage high-pressure legal deadlines.
Tanzanian National status is a mandatory requirement for this position.
