Zanzibar White Sand Luxury Villas & Spa is seeking an experienced Spa Manager to lead its luxury wellness operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of spa operations, including daily management, coordination with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, and the management of inventory, stock control, and procurement activities. Emphasis will be placed on maintaining high hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
This role also involves ensuring exceptional guest service and personalized wellness experiences, handling guest inquiries and complaints professionally, and developing new wellness concepts aligned with guest preferences and industry trends. The Spa Manager will recruit, train, and develop spa staff, conduct performance evaluations, foster a positive workplace culture, and monitor budgets and control operational costs, contributing to the financial success of the spa.
