Nungwi Dreams by Mantis Collection is an exquisite 61-room 5-star beachfront resort located in the stunning area of Nungwi, Zanzibar. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Reservations Manager to join our dynamic team and oversee the booking operations of our luxury property. This role is essential for maintaining high occupancy levels and delivering exceptional service to our global clientele within the Mantis Collection, which is part of the Accor and Ennismore family. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all reservation inquiries, utilizing Opera PMS on a daily basis, and overseeing OTA and channel manager platforms. This position requires a strategic thinker who can manage room inventory effectively while ensuring that the highest standards of the 5-star hospitality industry are met. Key Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in reservations management within the hospitality sector.
Must be an active and proficient daily user of the Opera Property Management System (PMS).
Extensive experience in managing Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and various channel managers.
Previous experience working in a 5-star luxury resort or high-end hotel environment.
Must be a resident or citizen of Tanzania or Zanzibar to meet local hiring criteria.
