We are seeking a high-performing US Managing Consultant focused on sales to join our newly formed team in Austin. This role is designed for a sales professional capable of managing a high volume of inbound leads, ranging from 500 to over 1,000 monthly. You will be at the forefront of our sales cycle, conducting consultations, building long-term client relationships, and driving deals from initial engagement to a successful close.

This onsite position in Austin, Texas, demands a professional who can consistently achieve revenue targets in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will be responsible for identifying client needs and providing the right consulting solutions to ensure business success. This is a unique opportunity to be a pioneer member of our US division and shape the sales strategy for our Austin operations.

Key Requirements

Manages high-volume inbound leads (500–1000+ monthly) Conducts professional consultations and builds client relationships Drives the full sales cycle from engagement to closing Achieves and exceeds monthly and quarterly revenue targets Proven experience in sales management or senior consulting Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Excellent negotiation and persuasive communication skills Deep understanding of the US sales market Must be willing to work onsite at the Austin, Texas office Strong leadership and self-management capabilities
