This is a true frontline leadership role designed for an individual who prefers active management over desk work. You will be responsible for managing a dedicated team of drivers, optimizing daily routes, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and service reliability. This role is hands-on; if a team member is absent, you are expected to step in to fill the gap and keep the operations moving seamlessly. Salary is $73,000 – $78,000 Annually plus Full Benefits.
