COMMUNITY ADVOCACY & OUTREACH MANAGER @ QLAW FOUNDATION
The Community Advocacy & Outreach Manager role is a pivotal position designed to build power and drive systemic change across Washington. The successful candidate will lead statewide community engagement initiatives, shaping legislative advocacy and working closely in coalition with 2SLGBTQIA+, BIPOC, low-income, and rural communities. You will be responsible for translating community needs into concrete policy actions and ensuring that the voices of those most impacted by the legal system are heard in the halls of power.
Key responsibilities include leading advocacy efforts during legislative sessions, tracking bills, and coordinating testimony while working directly with lawmakers. You will also represent QLaw in various coalitions and public forums, manage communications such as action alerts and media relations, and sustain deep partnerships across the state. This full-time position offers a salary range of $65,000–$72,000 plus benefits and is a remote, Washington-based role requiring some travel.
