Sumaana Marjan Technical Services is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer / Estimation Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is central to our technical operations, requiring a professional who can bridge the gap between initial site assessment and final project delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough site visits, ensuring accurate measurements are captured, and preparing detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and quotations that align with client requirements and industry standards.
In addition to estimation tasks, the role involves significant technical and coordination duties. You will be expected to utilize AutoCAD for drawing preparation and review, manage subcontractor networks, and oversee labor arrangements to ensure project milestones are met. Effective communication with clients and vendors is essential for maintaining our high standards of service. Candidates should possess strong technical knowledge in fit-out and maintenance works, specifically regarding carpentry, gypsum, and HVAC systems.
