The Accommodation Manager will oversee all accommodation-related departments, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining luxury hospitality standards across the resort. This pivotal role involves supervising the Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, Porter, and Butler departments to deliver outstanding personalized guest service throughout guests’ stays, aligning with the resort's 5-star service standards and international hospitality requirements.
Key responsibilities include leading, training, and motivating an accommodation team of approximately 20 employees, collaborating closely with the General Manager and department heads, and managing departmental budgets. The manager will monitor performance indicators such as occupancy, guest satisfaction, and cost control, while also professionally and discreetly handling guest complaints and sensitive matters to ensure overall guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Requirements
Degree in Hospitality Management, Luxury Tourism, or a related field
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar management role within a luxury hotel or international 5-star property
International hospitality experience is preferred
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities
