The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing sensory evaluations, conducting stability studies, and executing lab trials to ensure product excellence and market competitiveness. Beyond development, the role emphasizes rigorous food safety and quality assurance. You will ensure all processes align with international standards such as FSSC, ISO, and HACCP. Responsibilities include managing documentation, developing SOPs, and addressing quality issues. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with at least 2 years of experience to contribute to a growing manufacturing environment in East Africa.
