A premier Abu Dhabi investment holding company with a global AUM exceeding USD 50 billion is appointing a Chief Investment Officer (CIO) to lead its international direct investment and private equity division. Reporting directly to the Group CEO and the Investment Committee of the Board, the CIO will be instrumental in deploying capital across key sectors including technology, healthcare, and renewable energy. This is a high-level executive search requiring a leader with a proven track record in global asset management and strategic capital deployment.
The successful candidate will lead a high-performing investment team of over 40 professionals across international offices in Abu Dhabi, London, and New York. Responsibilities include formulating global asset allocation strategies, leading end-to-end M&A lifecycles for large-cap acquisitions, and overseeing the performance of external fund managers. The monthly salary for this position is mentioned as AED 220,000 – AED 320,000 plus carried interest and a performance bonus structure.
