Key Requirements
Minimum 20 years of institutional investment experience.
Demonstrable track record of deploying USD 1B+ in capital annually.
Deep understanding of Sharia-compliant investment structures.
Extensive experience with cross-border regulatory environments.
Strong network within the global private equity community.
Ability to lead a team of 40+ professionals in multiple global locations.
Expertise in global asset allocation and risk-adjusted return optimization.
Proficiency in leading end-to-end M&A lifecycles for large-cap acquisitions.
Experience in post-merger integration and valuation structuring.
Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or MBA from a top-tier institution.
Proven ability to present performance reviews to a Board of Directors.
