DATA MIGRATION LEAD – CORE BANKING @ HIRE ALPHA

The position focuses on maintaining high standards of data integrity and governance throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, the lead will oversee data mapping, reconciliation, and system integration tasks. The role involves significant stakeholder management, requiring communication with business, finance, operations, and external vendors. Candidates must possess deep expertise in Oracle FLEXCUBE and a robust background in banking domain regulatory compliance and cutover planning.
