Join a dynamic team as a Project Manager (Civil) focused on high-rise residential developments in Dubai. You will lead the full lifecycle of iconic construction projects, ensuring landmark delivery in a fast-paced environment. Key Requirements

15–20 years of UAE construction experience. Minimum 5 years of experience specifically as a Project Manager. Proven track record in managing high-rise residential developments. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. In-depth knowledge of UAE building regulations and construction practices. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred. Expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and local authorities. Strong commitment to safety, quality, and project standards.
