This role involves driving strategic planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation while coordinating with a diverse group of consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities. The salary for this position is AED 37,000 plus family benefits.

Key Requirements
15–20 years of UAE construction experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience specifically as a Project Manager.
Proven track record in managing high-rise residential developments.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
In-depth knowledge of UAE building regulations and construction practices.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.
Expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and local authorities.
Strong commitment to safety, quality, and project standards.
