We are seeking 10 dedicated IT Workplace Operation Engineers to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support across various platforms, including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android. You will handle incident management from start to finish, ensuring timely resolution and proper escalation when necessary. Your role will involve managing device enrollments and policies via Intune and Jamf, as well as maintaining AV systems and conferencing tools for seamless business operations. In addition to technical troubleshooting, you will manage the hardware and software lifecycle, maintain an accurate asset inventory, and facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding processes. You will also be expected to contribute to our knowledge base by creating documentation and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
