IT WORKPLACE OPERATION ENGINEER (10 OPEN POSITION) @ QUANTUM TALENT GROUP
We are seeking 10 dedicated IT Workplace Operation Engineers to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support across various platforms, including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android. You will handle incident management from start to finish, ensuring timely resolution and proper escalation when necessary. Your role will involve managing device enrollments and policies via Intune and Jamf, as well as maintaining AV systems and conferencing tools for seamless business operations. In addition to technical troubleshooting, you will manage the hardware and software lifecycle, maintain an accurate asset inventory, and facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding processes. We value professionals who can deliver high-quality, VIP-level support with clear communication. You will also be expected to contribute to our knowledge base by creating documentation and identifying opportunities for process improvements. Key Requirements
3–5 years in IT support / workplace support
Experience with enterprise environments
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and endpoint support
Experience with AV and collaboration tools
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
Proficiency in supporting Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices
Ability to manage incidents end-to-end with proper escalation
Expertise in Intune and Jamf for device enrollment, policies, and apps
Knowledge of hardware/software lifecycle and asset inventory management
Excellent communication skills for VIP-level support and documentation
