We are seeking an MEP Quantity Surveyor for an immediate start in our Dubai office. This role is critical to our Cost Management team, focusing specifically on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services across a variety of construction projects. The position involves working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and commercial awareness are paramount to the success of our expanding regional operations.

The role requires a dedicated professional capable of handling immediate project demands in Dubai. As part of a growing team, you will be involved in cost planning, valuation, and the management of variations for MEP services. Our project portfolio is diverse, offering opportunities to work on exciting developments throughout the UAE, including Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. Key Requirements

Specialized experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Quantity Surveying. Immediate availability to join the Dubai-based team. Strong commercial and analytical skills tailored to MEP services. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Expertise in preparing detailed cost plans and tender documentation. Experience in valuation of variations and final accounts for MEP works. Deep understanding of UAE building codes and technical standards. Excellent report writing and professional communication skills. Degree in Quantity Surveying or a relevant engineering discipline. Strong proficiency in specialized surveying software.
