Key Requirements
Specialized experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Quantity Surveying.
Immediate availability to join the Dubai-based team.
Strong commercial and analytical skills tailored to MEP services.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Expertise in preparing detailed cost plans and tender documentation.
Experience in valuation of variations and final accounts for MEP works.
Deep understanding of UAE building codes and technical standards.
Excellent report writing and professional communication skills.
Degree in Quantity Surveying or a relevant engineering discipline.
