We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Procurement Officer to join our hospitality team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the acquisition of goods and services, ensuring that all procurement activities are conducted efficiently and cost-effectively. This role requires a professional who understands the unique needs of the hospitality industry and can manage high-volume purchasing while maintaining quality standards. You will work closely with various departments to identify their needs and source the best products from reputable suppliers. In addition to day-to-day purchasing tasks, the Procurement Officer will be expected to leverage the JANA system to streamline operations and maintain accurate records. You will handle vendor negotiations, contract management, and performance evaluations to ensure the company receives maximum value.
