This full-time role is central to our operational efficiency, focusing on the seamless management of procurement processes and inventory oversight. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic corporate environment, ensuring that all supply chain activities are handled with precision and professionalism.
The core responsibilities include managing monthly procurement cycles based on sales performance and stock levels, maintaining direct communication with suppliers for quotations and shipping documentation, and tracking essential data within Excel. You will also be responsible for entering purchase orders into the Odoo system, coordinating with warehouse teams for stock arrivals, and assisting with vendor invoice processing and payment approvals.
