Fujairah Academy is looking for a passionate Counsellor to join the primary department. The successful candidate will work closely with students, staff, and parents to create a supportive environment that fosters emotional growth and academic success. This role is critical in identifying student needs and implementing intervention strategies to ensure well-being across the primary school levels.

The position offers a monthly salary between 8,000 and 10,000 AED. Candidates will be part of a vibrant educational community dedicated to student inclusion and well-being in the city of Fujairah. The role involves managing sensitive information and providing guidance to young learners during their foundational years of development.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field. Proven experience working as a counsellor in a primary school setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to support students' emotional and social well-being. Experience collaborating with teachers and parents on student plans. In-depth knowledge of child development milestones. Skills in crisis intervention and conflict resolution. Experience conducting educational and emotional assessments. Proficiency in the English language (written and spoken). High level of commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards.
